What to expect
We meet the borrower at the time and place on your order. We check each signer's identification, see that every signature, initial, and date is completed, notarize the documents that require it, and return the package the way your instructions specify.
We follow the instructions in your order. We do not explain loan terms to borrowers. Questions about the loan go to the lender or the title company, and we call the contact named on the order.
Fees
Loan signings are quoted per signing. Send the order details and you will have a quote within one business day.
