What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, organization, email address, phone number, and message you enter. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to operate and protect the site.
Why
To respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you engage us for. Server logs are used to keep the site available and secure.
Who processes it
Form submissions are transmitted through Resend, an email delivery service, to our company mailbox at Google Workspace. Cloudflare provides hosting, DNS, and bot protection (Turnstile). Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie solely to distinguish people from automated traffic.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for two years afterward, then deleted, unless the inquiry becomes a client engagement, in which case records are kept for the life of the engagement and the period required by law.
