Apex Signal Notary is the notary service of Apex Signal Technologies, LLC. Kenneth Anderson is a commissioned Oklahoma notary public. We come to you — your home, office, a care facility, or a public place you choose — by appointment.
What we notarize
- Acknowledgments
- Jurats: affidavits and other sworn statements
- Oaths and affirmations
- Loan document signings for title companies, escrow officers, and signing services: refinances, purchases, home equity loans, and reverse mortgages
What a notary does not do
A notary confirms who is signing and witnesses the signature. A notary does not prepare documents, fill in forms, explain what a document means, or give legal advice. If you have questions about what a document says or whether you should sign it, talk with an attorney before the appointment.
What to bring
- The complete document, unsigned. Sign it in front of the notary, not before.
- A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer: a driver license, state ID card, or passport.
- Every person who is signing. Each signer must be present at the appointment.
- Any witnesses the document requires. Tell us in advance if your document needs them.

The travel fee is separate from the notary fee, and we agree on it with you before the appointment.

The Oklahoma City metro, including Moore, Norman, and south Oklahoma City. Appointments are available on evenings and weekends, and on weekdays as the schedule allows.
